  1. This site promotes the consumption of alcoholic beverages by people of legal drinking age in their country of residence. Aussiewinesonline.com, Aussiewinestoyourdoor.com and Aussie Wines Online Pty Ltd supports the responsible consumption of alcohol and recommends that wine be enjoyed in moderation.
  2. To order wines in Australia a person must be over 18 years of age. It is an offence to obtain alcoholic beverages on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
  3. By using this website you agree to the above age restriction and also agree that you are complying with any age restrictions that may apply within your own State and Country legislation. Legal drinking age in USA is 21 years of age.
  4. The Company is governed by Australian Federal and State laws and by using this website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such Australian courts.
  5. By ordering through our secure payment gateway, credit card payments are passed directly onto the National Australia Bank where they are approved (or rejected) and securely encrypted.
  6. The Company and the National Australia Bank do not guarantee to re-imburse the credit card holder where lost or stolen or fraud of the credit card has not been reported at least 24 hours prior to the transaction.
